In a remote village grappling with the unresolved trauma of multiple disappearances, four villagers decide to organize a festival to honor their town’s patron saint, hoping the celebration will finally bring an end to their years of mourning. They believe that if the saint is pleased, their collective grief will be alleviated, and the pain of their lost loved ones will be symbolically buried. Despite facing numerous challenges, the villagers persevere, driven by faith and hope. However, when one of the four organizers suffers a devastating accident, they fear this could be a bad omen—a sign that the patron saint may not wish to intervene in their suffering after all.

The film explores the fine line between faith and superstition, and the complex interplay between cultural rituals, collective memory, and the search for closure in the aftermath of profound loss.
